الهدف من الوظيفة

نبحث عن خريج واعد يمتلك الشغف بالتعلم، وبناء العلاقات، وصناعة الأثر، ليكون جزءًا من فريق تطوير الأعمال والشراكات في دراية. ستعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع قائد تطوير الأعمال والشراكات، وستشارك في اكتشاف الفرص، وبناء العلاقات، ودعم المشاريع التي تسهم في خدمة القطاع غير الربحي بالمملكة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• دعم جهود تطوير الأعمال من خلال البحث عن الفرص الجديدة والجهات المستهدفة

• المساهمة في بناء وتحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء والشركاء وإدارة نظام CRM

• إعداد العروض التقديمية، والمقترحات، والمواد التعريفية بالتنسيق مع الفريق

• حضور الاجتماعات والفعاليات والمؤتمرات، والمشاركة في بناء العلاقات مع العملاء والشركاء

• إجراء الدراسات والأبحاث حول القطاع غير الربحي، والمنح، والمبادرات الوطنية، واتجاهات السوق

• متابعة الفرص التجارية، وتحديث تقارير المبيعات، ودعم إدارة خط الفرص (Pipeline)

• التعاون مع مختلف فرق العمل لضمان تقديم تجربة متميزة للعملاء وتحقيق أهداف الفريق

متطلبات الوظيفة

1. المتطلبات الأساسية

• المؤهل التعليمي: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو العلاقات العامة، أو الإعلام، أو الإدارة العامة، أو أحد التخصصات ذات الصلة.

• الخبرة: حديث التخرج أو بخبرة لا تزيد عن سنتين في تطوير الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو العلاقات العامة، أو العمل مع القطاع غير الربحي

• اللغات: إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة.

• المهارات: شغف التعلم، والقدرة على المبادرة، والعمل بروح الفريق، والاستعداد لتطوير المهارات المهنية

2. المتطلبات المفضلة

• الجنسية: يفضل أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

• الاهتمامات: الاهتمام بالعمل التنموي، وصناعة الأثر، والإسهام في المبادرات ذات القيمة المجتمعية

• المعرفة: معرفة أولية بالقطاع غير الربحي أو المشاركة في العمل التطوعي أو المبادرات المجتمعية

• الأنشطة: خبرة في الأنشطة الطلابية، أو الأندية الجامعية، أو قيادة المبادرات، أو تنظيم الفعاليات

• المسار المهني: الرغبة في بناء مسار مهني في تطوير الأعمال والشراكات، والاستعداد للتعلم المستمر

General Information

• Job Title: Business Development & Partnerships Specialist - Non-Profit Sector

• Line Manager: Business Development & Partnerships Lead

• Location: Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al-Khobar (The workplace can be determined based on the candidate's location and business requirements).

Job Purpose

We are looking for a promising graduate who has a passion for learning, building relationships, and creating an impact, to join the Business Development & Partnerships team atDirayaah. You will work closely with the Business Development & Partnerships Lead, participating in discovering opportunities, building relationships, and supporting projects that contribute to serving the non-profit sector in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts by researching new opportunities and target entities.

• Contribute to building and updating the client and partner database, and managing the CRM system.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and introductory materials in coordination with the team.

• Attend meetings, events, and conferences, and participate in building relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct studies and research on the non-profit sector, grants, national initiatives, and market trends.

• Follow up on commercial opportunities, update sales reports, and support pipeline management.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and achieve team goals.

Job Requirements

1. Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduate or with up to 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, public relations, or working with the non-profit sector.

• Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.

• Skills: Passion for learning, initiative-taking, teamwork, and readiness to develop professional skills.

2. Preferred Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudi nationality is preferred.

• Interests: Interest in developmental work, creating an impact, and contributing to initiatives with social value.

• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the non-profit sector, or prior participation in volunteer work and community initiatives.

• Activities: Experience in student activities, university clubs, leading initiatives, or organizing events.

• Career Goals: A strong desire to build a career path in business development and partnerships, with a commitment to continuous learning.
