SolarShoppers has served Palmdale and Lancaster for more than 13 years, with the same name and ownership, and has been voted AV’s Best by the Antelope Valley Press. We’re looking for outgoing, motivated people who can start conversations, build trust, and connect interested homeowners with our team.
The opportunity
Your focus is generating interest and bringing qualified homeowners to our sales team through social media, personal connections, warm referrals, and local relationship building. Our team handles the technical questions, proposals, and closing so you can focus on creating opportunities and following through.
This is not a door-knocking position. You do not need to be a solar expert, but you do need to be comfortable talking with people and consistently following up.
What you’ll do
Build relationships: Connect with homeowners in Palmdale and Lancaster through your existing network and warm introductions.
Market on social media: Share company-approved content and real customer stories that generate conversations.
Respond to interest: Follow up with people who ask questions, comment, message you, or request more information.
Connect homeowners with our team: Help interested homeowners provide the information needed for a consultation and schedule their appointment.
Stay organized: Track your contacts, appointments, and follow-up so opportunities do not get lost.
Represent SolarShoppers professionally: Be honest, helpful, and respectful. No pressure tactics or promises you cannot support.
Who we’re looking for
Strong communicators: You enjoy meeting people and can explain an opportunity clearly.
Locally connected candidates: You know people in Palmdale or Lancaster and are comfortable asking for introductions.
Social media users: You can post, respond to messages, and keep a conversation moving.
Self-starters: You take initiative and follow through without constant reminders.
Relationship builders: Sales, customer service, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach experience is welcome.
Compensation
Illustrative monthly commission earnings range from$5,000 to $15,000, based on generating two to six qualifying deals in a month. Your earnings depend on your results.
This range is an illustration, not a guaranteed salary or a statement of typical earnings. Full compensation terms, including deal eligibility and payment timing, will be provided in writing.
