Description
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our regional sales efforts.
Based in the Kansas City area, this full-time role involves managing an outside sales team to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will develop customer relationships, acquire new business, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Experience in business-to-business sales and territory management, along with proficiency in CRM tools, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and manage a defined regional territory.
Develop account-level strategies to expand market share.
Acquire new customers in priority industry verticals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in B2B industrial, distribution, or technical sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling to engineers and procurement professionals.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Previous experience managing a team of outside sellers.
