•  Build relationships withproperty managers, multi-family complexes, and building maintenance managers
•  Become a trusted resource formulti-story buildings and commercial facilities
•  Generate new business throughin-person visits, networking, and follow-up
•  Develop and manage your ownbook of business
•  Represent PuroClean atlocal networking events, industry groups, and community functions
•  Actively participate in groups such asBNI, property management associations, and local business organizations
•  Position PuroClean as thepreferred vendor for water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation 
•  Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business 

• $55,000 base salary
• 5% commission on gross revenue
•  Commission paidmonthly
•  Realistic total earnings potential:$80K–$120K+ depending on performance 

•  Outside sales, not behind a desk
