Outside Sales Account Manager - Industrial Component Service and Repair

We are seeking anOutside Sales Account Manager to grow business throughout theKnoxville, TN territory and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to build an established territory while representing a leader inindustrial repair services. You will work with manufacturing and industrial customers to support repairs involvinghydraulics, industrial electronics, robotics, servos, and mechanical components.

Home-based within the Knoxville market.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute aterritory sales plan focused on new business and account growth.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Manage prospecting activities including lead generation, cold calling, sales presentations, and closing business.
• Conduct regular in-person visits with customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage territory activity and opportunities.

Experience, Education and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree in an industrial discipline, preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience preferred, including repair services, MRO, hydraulics, industrial electronics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components.
• Experience with hydraulic repair and rebuilding is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
