Outbound Sales Agent

Position: OUTBOUND SALES AGENT

Location: Cape Town

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Agents for a dynamic international sales campaign based in Cape Town. This is an opportunity for motivated, target-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are serious about earning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective UK customers

• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs

• Present products and services with confidence and clarity

• Handle objections professionally and close effectively

• Maintain accurate and up to date system notes and call records

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

• 3 to 6 months outbound sales experience within a UK campaign environment

• 6 to 8 months customer service experience

• Strong spoken and written English communication

• Clear, professional telephone manner suited to a UK customer base

• Confident objection handling and closing ability

• Target-driven mindset with reliable attendance and professionalism

REMUNERATION

• Market-related basic salary, commission structure, and daily cash incentives. Details disclosed upon application.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday

• Every second Saturday

• Shift-based schedule, details to be confirmed upon application
