AI Enablement Specialist

We provide software and services for freight brokers. Most of our people aren't technical, and they don't need to be. But nearly all of them could get hours back each week with the right use of Claude. We're hiring someone to help them do that.

This isn't a development job. You won't build software products or turn anyone into a programmer. You'll sit next to people, learn how they actually work and show them where AI fits.

We are making this position available full-time, part-time and an internship to fit your availability. When you apply, tell us what would fit you best.

What you'll do

• Spend most of your time with employees at their desks, learning their work: sales, support, logistics ops, financial ops.
• Find the repetitive, tedious parts of their day and show them how Claude can handle them.
• Build simple, reusable things like prompts, projects, templates and automations that people keep using after you walk away.
• Follow up. Adoption happens in the second and third conversation, not the first.
• Keep a running record of what's working, what isn't and what's worth sharing across teams.
• Tell us plainly when AI is the wrong tool for a job.

Where it goes

AI enablement is the priority. As you learn the business, the role may expand to include business analysis, product planning and project management assignments.

What we're looking for

• You already use Claude (or similar tools) in your own daily work, and can show us how.
• You explain things clearly to people who aren't technical, and you're patient about it.
• You're curious about how other people's jobs work. You ask good questions and listen to the answers.
• You write well, in your own voice, not a chatbot's. Clear writing makes clear prompts.
• Some development or scripting experience is a plus, but not required.
• College seniors, recent grads and grad students welcome. We care more about how you think than how long you've been working.

• A long resume. Instead, send us a short note describing one way you've used AI to make real work easier.
