OT Security SME (OPSWAT & Nozomi)

About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced OT Security SME with expertise in OPSWAT, Nozomi Networks, and OT Cybersecurity Operations to deploy, manage, and support OT security platforms within ICS/OT environments.
• The role focuses on platform administration, troubleshooting, security monitoring, documentation development, compliance support, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance the organization's overall OT security posture.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deploy, configure, implement, upgrade, and administer OPSWAT solutions within OT and ICS environments.
• Manage and support Nozomi Networks Guardian and CMC platforms for OT threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, and response activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OPSWAT Kiosk, Core, MetaDefender Platform, device control, media scanning, and secure file transfer solutions.
• Collaborate with OT Engineering, Operations, and Cybersecurity teams to enhance OT security monitoring and incident response capabilities.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support OT security audits, compliance assessments, and governance activities aligned with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, training sessions, and knowledge transfer programs to operations teams and junior security analysts.
• Monitor OT security platforms and proactively identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational issues.
• Assist with threat hunting, security investigations, risk assessments, and remediation efforts across OT environments.
• Support platform upgrades, configuration reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives for OT security technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve visibility, asset discovery, operational resilience, and cybersecurity maturity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–10 Years

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with OPSWAT solutions including Kiosk, Core, and MetaDefender.
• Experience in deployment, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and secure media transfer workflows.
• Practical expertise with Nozomi Networks Guardian and Central Management Console (CMC).
• Experience in OT security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and risk assessment activities.
• Strong understanding of ICS/OT environments including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial communication systems.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards including IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Experience developing SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
• Ability to support audits, compliance reviews, and security governance initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for IoT.
• Experience with Nozomi Networks and Claroty platforms.
• Knowledge of SIEM solutions including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, and QRadar.
• Experience performing OT security assessments, compliance reviews, and risk evaluations.
• Understanding of industrial network security monitoring and threat detection.
• Experience integrating OT security platforms with enterprise security ecosystems.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes in OT environments.
