What you will do: 
The Customer Experience Associate role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the IVS division while supporting key initiatives in medical education, consultant engagement, and professional society partnerships. The position will help coordinate educational programs, manage consultant relationships and contracting activities, and support industry events such as trade shows, workshops, cadaver labs, and symposiums. Working closely with cross-functional partners includingmarketing, sales, compliance, legal, and R&D teams, the associate will playan important role in delivering a seamless customer experience. 

  • Build andmaintain effective relationships across sales, marketing, Medical Education, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Demonstrate strong product, procedural, and competitive landscape knowledge to support business and customer engagementobjectives.  

  • Develop and enhance educational content and programs byleveraging healthcare professional (HCP) insights, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.  

  • Coordinate andsupport for Medical Education programs, includinglogistics, content delivery, trade show support, and exhibit management.  

  • Applyexpertise in Medical Education and Customer Experience strategies to provide input on workstreams, adapt programs to customer needs, and drive program effectiveness.  

  • Define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics to measure program success andidentify opportunities for improvement.  

  • Supportthe consultant network, includingmaintaining consultant relationships, SharePoint sites, dashboards, invoices, applications, andaccurate consultant profile information. 

 
 
What you need 

Required 
•Bachelor’s degree required 
 
Preferred  

• Medical device or healthcare industry experience 
•Demonstratedproficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual

Travel Percentage: 30%
