As a Sales ExecutiveTrainee, a typical day will include:  

• AnswerOwner questionsregardingtheuse of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery. 

• Follow up on referrals/leads fromOwners. 

• Fulfill requests fromOwners or prospectsregarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. 

• ContactOwners tomonitor satisfaction, makethemaware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). 

• Develop andmaintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards: 

• Welcome and greet all guestsand anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee:  

• Available to worka flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

• Position may require background and drug screening,in accordance with state and local requirements. 

• The incumbentis required tomaintain an active andin good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.  

• One-yearrelated experience is preferred. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time.
