Pay Range: $55.7/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
Oversee group health billing account setup and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to group health accounts.
Utilize Microsoft Office and databases for effective reporting and analysis.
Resolve problems and manage projects efficiently.
Communicate effectively with various departments and levels of leadership across the organization.
Familiarize yourself with benefits programs and stop-loss applications.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

3+ years experience in managing accounts on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing platform.
3+ years experience in group health billing account setup.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office and databases.
Excellent problem resolution and project management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.
5+ years experience in group health national/local account setup.
2+ years experience with Bluestar.
2+ years experience with Salesforce.
Experience in drafting group health national account contracts/booklets.
