Job Description

1. Manage and guide the SMT equipment engineering team:
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to ensure stable operation of production equipment.
- Coordinate daily work of team members, assign tasks, and supervise execution.
- **Supervise production quality to ensure products comply with production controls and specifications, and achieve on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.**
- **Plan the organizational development direction and supervise execution effectiveness.**
- **Create organizational value through cost control, equipment management optimization, and standardization of operations.**
- **Establish team KPI and conduct regular reviews.**
2. Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Monitor equipment operation status, promptly identify and resolve equipment failures.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime.
3. Technical support and problem solving:
- Provide technical support to team members to resolve daily operational or process issues.
- Assist team members in solving technical problems by referring to policies and process standards.
- **Optimize and standardize processes, and continuously improve workflows to achieve process stability.**
- **Introduce and apply new equipment and technologies to enhance SMT production capacity and competitiveness.**
4. Work training and arrangement:
- Conduct daily work training for the team to improve members’ skill levels.
- Arrange and supervise team members’ work to ensure work quality and output.
- **Supervise continuous optimization by personnel to enhance equipment production stability and reduce production costs.**
- **Promote safety and 5S audits.**
5. Cross-departmental collaboration:
- Coordinate work tasks with other departments to ensure smooth achievement of production goals.
- Participate in discussions and implementation of equipment improvements and new technology introductions.
6. Personnel management:
- Responsible for attendance management and initial performance evaluation of team members.
- Provide constructive feedback to help team members improve work performance.
- **Recruit and develop team leaders (selection, training, utilization, evaluation, retention, and elimination), set high-performance goals, and lead the team to continuous growth.**
