WearelookingforanexperiencedandstrategicPublicSectorRegionalDirector to lead and grow our Public Sector portfolio within the region. The successful candidate will be responsiblefordevelopingandstrengtheningrelationshipswithkeygovernmentstakeholders,drivingbusinessgrowth,leadinghigh-performingteams,anddeliveringinnovativebankingsolutionsthatcreatevalueforourclientsandcommunities.

The Ideal candidate must have the following exposure:

• Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.

• Ensure implementation of the business Transformation plan and creation of an inclusive culture for employees

• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise.

• Define and drive the tactical sales strategy for area of responsibility.

• Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility.

• Design and deliver customer service solutions, systems and interactions aligned to Organizational values and service standards that build the brand.

• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.

• Identify, drive and implement ideas, policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to enhance sales and increase profit and manage future fit practice.

• Effective development of aligned and integrated tactics which interpret strategic business plans.

• Lead with product and sales skills, facilitating high-performance levels across areas of responsibility.

• Demonstrate leadership behavior through personal involvement, commitment and dedication in support of organizational values.

• Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.

• Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters.

• Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources.

• The successful candidate will look afterNorth West, Free State and Northern Cape areaas well.

Additional requirements:

• Applicants residing eitherBloemfontein or Klerksdorp will be considered

• Must hold a Finance related NQF7 or Bachelor of Honour in Commerce

• Must hold a RE 5 qualification

• RE 1 will be an added advantage

• Must have a Valid Driver’s licence and own vehicle
