Warehouse Stock Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient unloading, palletisation, identification, and storage of ancillary products and finished roastery goods. By implementing clear systems and processes, the role will optimise warehouse workflows, maximise space utilisation, and support the effective movement of stock throughout the operation.

A key aspect of the role will be the development and enhancement of the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) for roastery-related goods. This will improve inventory visibility, record accuracy, and service-level compliance, while driving operational efficiencies and supporting the continued growth of the Roastery.

What you'll do

Stock & Inventory Management

• Manage the receipt, storage and organisation of incoming goods, ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked and recorded.

• Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits, reconciliations and effective stock rotation practices.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages and inventory-related issues.

• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to support stock forecasting and inventory planning.

• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Oversee the storage and rotation of finished products, including roasted coffee, cold brew and capsules.

Warehouse Operations

• Maintain an organised, efficient and safe warehouse environment.

• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise capacity and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and continuously improve stock control processes and best practices.

• Support warehouse and dispatch operations, including vehicle loading and day-to-day logistics activities.

• Create and maintain clear product and storage labelling to ensure effective stock management.

Systems & Reporting

• Use WMS and Microsoft Excel to monitor inventory, analyse performance and produce key operational reports and KPIs.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain data integrity across inventory systems.

Compliance & Safety

• Champion high standards of housekeeping, hygiene and health & safety throughout the warehouse.

• Conduct daily forklift checks, reporting and escalating any maintenance issues.

• Support compliance and audit activities by maintaining accurate records, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules and pest control documentation.

• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure all materials are stored, handled and managed in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Who you are

You are a highly organised and process-driven warehouse professional with proven experience managing inbound goods and inventory control. You thrive in fast-paced operational environments and take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and clear ways of working.

You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident owning goods-in from delivery through to storage, while continually looking for ways to improve systems, workflows, and service levels.
