Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist

Overview

Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to develop and execute change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational initiatives.

This role focuses on the people side of change and will help employees and stakeholders transition effectively while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement. The OCM Specialist will work closely with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align change efforts with business objectives and develop effective communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop change strategies and plans to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop and tailor communications and training strategies.
• Execute change management tactics, including communications, workshops, and coaching.
• Minimize resistance and maximize stakeholder engagement.
• Align change plans with project schedules and business objectives.
• Monitor adoption and change effectiveness metrics.
• Facilitate feedback loops and adjust change strategies as needed.
• Document lessons learned and outcomes.
• Coordinate with leadership and project teams to manage organizational impacts and risks.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five (5) years of change management experience.
• Strong experience leading broad-scale organizational change and managing stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong experience using tools, templates, and frameworks for measuring and implementing change.
• Prosci, ACMP, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR, or SAFe certification is a plus.
