Temp Role- 1 year assignment
Develops and implements change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, and devises plans that maximize employee acceptance and usage and minimize resistance.This role will support the full M&A lifecycle. Assures projects relating to change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Promotes speedy adoption, more employee utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. 5-7 years’ experience
Preffered Qualifications: Prosci change management certification
Reuired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, relevant experience delivering change management at a global company, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Experience delivering and leading organizational change management for mergers and acquisitions. Would consider a candidate who had an additional 5-7 years of related change management experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Must write and speak English fluently.
