Engineering Assistant, Quality

• Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills toidentify causes of field failure and customerdissatisfaction 

• Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate tocustomers 

• Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining 

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational qualityissues 

• SPC trend, analyze andmonitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/ management asnecessary 

• Prepare FTQ reports and scrapreports 

• Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal andexternal 

• Support Quality Improvement projects  

• Support PPAP submission 

• Support Q-Plan development and planning 

• Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audit)
