Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities. 

• Assist the team in macro & research support tomaintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data. 

• Constructing financial modelsto support investment decisions andstrategic planning. 

• Contributeto understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns. 

• Preparing business / investment approval materials. 

• Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises. 

Job Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

• Familiarity with using Bloomberg,CapIQ, and other M&A databases will beadvantageous. 

• Possess the ability to multitask, and passion toacquire new knowledge. 

• Detail-oriented,meticulous and able to connect insights to broader business goals
