Pay Range: $35 - $42/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders, primarily via EDI, ensuring accuracy in price and quantity.
  • Handle manual purchase orders and customer requests for changes or cancellations.
  • Manage exception handling for EDI errors and pricing disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain a target response time of 48 hours for customer communications.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of order management or sales order management experience in a customer-facing, operational role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with EDI (training available for candidates with solid order management experience).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Returns experience in a supply chain environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered without a degree.
