Position Overview Â
We are seeking an individual to join our team in the Vancouver office. As an Assistant, Team Coordinator the incumbent will contribute to growing the business by providing support to the Investment Advisor(s), ensuring high-level client service, and effective functioning of the team through administration-related tasks and planning and execution of client events. Â Â Â

Duties and Responsibilities   Â
Investment Advisor Support:Â
• Responsible for the professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partnersÂ
• Assist the Investment Advisors in preparing account documentation including client reviews, presentations, correspondence and reportsÂ
• Manage the Advisors calendar and co-ordinate meetingsÂ
• Work with the Advisors to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilitiesÂ
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for the Advisors
• Processes expensesÂ
• Assisting with the coordination of marketing and event planningÂ
Client Service:Â
• Foster and support client relationshipsÂ
• Respond to requests for information from clientsÂ
• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accountsÂ
• Request information and documentation from clients in order to open accounts and keep client files up to dateÂ
Administration:Â
• Maintain expense records and spreadsheetsÂ
• Filing and general administrative office duties as requiredÂ
• Adhere to professional practices and standards, as well as internal processes and controlsÂ
• Collaborates with internal and external participants to deliver on business objectivesÂ
• Work as a point of contact on all matters pertaining to the Advisors including those of a confidential natureÂ
Qualifications   Â
• Superior client relationship management skillsÂ
• Demonstrate a professional and friendly mannerÂ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Â
• Relevant experience in the financial sector and/or administrative experienceÂ
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CopilotÂ
• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce Â
• Strong organizational skillsÂ
• Meticulous attention to detailÂ
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-upÂ
• Ability to work in a team environment Â
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programsÂ
• Team player will be well versed in their ability to anticipate needs of company leaders and confident in their ability to maintain organization     Â
Education   Â
• Post-secondary education
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $40,000-$65,000
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
