Global HR and Payroll Functional Lead

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, statutory compliance, and payroll best practices.
• Responsible for payroll process design, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, and stakeholder management across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient payroll solutions while providing functional leadership -
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, and payroll integrations is required.
