2) OpenSearch Model Registration & Ingestion Pipelines
3) RAG‐style Retrieval Engineering

1) Build semantic/hybrid indexes and ingestion pipelines for healthcare content (benefits, policies, SOPs, provider info).
2) Design VECTOR schemas & ANN indexes; generate/store embeddings and implement efficient similarity queries.
3) Engineer content extraction, chunking, and metadata enrichment (LOB, CPT/ICD tags) to improve retrieval quality.
4) Operate and tune retrieval SLAs—relevance (nDCG/MRR), freshness, and latency under production observability.
5) Enforce HIPAA‐aligned security, apply PHI redaction before indexing, and maintain auditable, grounded retrieval.
