Role Name: Oracle Sales Cloud & Incentive Compensation Support Consultant
Location: Hanover, MD. ONSITE
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
"**Oracle Sales Cloud & Incentive Compensation Support Consultant (5-10+ Years)**
We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM)** Consultant to provide post go-live application maintenance and support.
**Key Requirements:**
- 10+ years of Oracle application experience.
- Minimum **2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects**.
- Strong experience in **Oracle Sales Cloud** and **Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM)** support.
- Hands-on experience with **OTBI custom reports and dashboards**.
- Experience supporting **integrations**, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements.
- Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues logged through **ServiceNow**.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Sales Cloud and ICM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Support OTBI reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support business users.
- Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and quarterly Oracle updates.
**Preferred:**
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience working in AMS/Application Support engagements."
