Job Overview

We are seeking experiencedOracle Retail Consultants with strong expertise inOracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS),Oracle Xstore POS, and related Oracle Retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Retail applications for large-scale retail organizations.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and global delivery teams to support enterprise retail transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Retail Implementation & Support

• Implement, configure, customize, and support Oracle Retail applications.
• Participate in Oracle Retail cloud and on-premise implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.

Merchandising & Store Operations

• Configure and support Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS).
• Support merchandising, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and replenishment processes.
• Implement and support Oracle Xstore POS solutions for retail store operations.
• Work with retail business teams to optimize operational workflows.

Integration & Development

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Retail applications and enterprise systems.
• Integrate with:
  • ERP Systems
  • OMS (Order Management Systems)
  • WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • E-Commerce Platforms
  • Third-Party Applications
• Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
• Support batch processing, data migration, and data synchronization activities.

Testing & Deployment

• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Support release management and post-production stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and development teams.
• Provide functional and technical guidance during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle Retail best practices and project standards.
