SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Design, develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
2 Write complex SQL queries and optimize them for performance.
3 Perform database design, data modeling, and schema management activities.
4 Analyze and resolve database performance issues.
5 Develop and maintain ETL processes and data migration scripts.
6 Work with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
7 Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
8 Implement database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
9 Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge sharing initiatives.
