Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead for their Chambersburg, PA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, plan, configure, and deliver Oracle EBS solutions within Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping functional areas.
  • Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Partner with business and customer service organizations to support order management transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement functional solutions and support data conversion activities.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and communicate outcomes to leadership.
  • Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.
  • Mentor team members and provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and process workflows.
  • Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.

  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience with a strong focus on Order Management.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping modules.
  • Experience leading Oracle EBS projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
