About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strongOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to lead enterprise integration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid application landscapes.

This role is responsible for defining integration strategy, designing scalable integration architectures, establishing governance standards, and leading teams responsible for implementing secure and high-performing integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related enterprise integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, API-led integration, enterprise application connectivity, process automation, and integration architecture. You will work closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Salesforce Teams, ERP Teams, HR Technology Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver seamless connectivity between Oracle Cloud Applications, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Microsoft platforms, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Leadership & Architecture

• Lead enterprise integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Define integration architecture, governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions supporting cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premises, and hybrid ecosystems.
• Partner with enterprise architects to align integration strategies with organizational technology roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical assessments.
• Define integration roadmaps supporting business transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Establish API governance, security policies, monitoring standards, and operational frameworks.

Oracle Integration Cloud Solution Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Application Integrations
  • Process Automation
  • Visual Builder Integrations
  • File-Based Integrations
  • Event-Driven Integrations
  • REST and SOAP Services
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and enterprise integration patterns.
• Configure and manage Oracle and third-party adapters and connectors.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, maintainable, and reusable integration solutions.

Enterprise Application Integrations

• Lead integrations involving:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle EPM
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
  • Workday
  • SAP
  • Microsoft Platforms
  • Third-Party SaaS Applications
• Ensure seamless data synchronization, workflow orchestration, and process automation across enterprise systems.
• Support enterprise-wide business processes spanning finance, HR, service management, customer operations, and shared services.

API Management & Security

• Design and manage APIs using Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities.
• Implement API governance, lifecycle management, and security standards.
• Support authentication and security frameworks including:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • JWT
  • SSL/TLS
  • API Security Policies
  • Identity and Access Management Controls
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence & Delivery Governance

• Monitor and optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration issues.
• Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and support mechanisms.
• Support release management, production deployments, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities.
• Manage integration risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across integration workstreams.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor Integration Developers and technical teams.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture compliance assessments.
• Support technical capability development, certification initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary escalation point for integration-related technical issues.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects and technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery environments.
