Engagement Model: Fixed 40 hours per week
Role: Client-facing techno-functional consultant, capable of independently participating in client discussions and meetings, as well as managing techno-functional support tickets.
Modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, and Compensation
Shift Timing: 8.5-hour shift, with coverage until 2:30 PM EST
