Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant – Canada
Duration: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience supporting Canadian Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
• Support Canadian federal and provincial payroll requirements.
• Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and Fast Formulas.
• Perform payroll testing, reconciliation, parallel runs, and production support.
• Support integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Finance.
• Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and payroll reporting.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Payroll experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience with Canadian Payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and provincial payroll requirements.
• Experience with Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, and payroll integrations.
• Strong experience in payroll testing and reconciliation.
