Our client, a global consulting and technology firm, needs an experienced Project Manager to lead an Oracle HCM Cloud engagement for its Costa Rica operations. You will own delivery from start to finish. That means keeping configuration, testing and go-live on track while working directly with Spanish-speaking business stakeholders and a mixed onshore/offshore team.
Must Have
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Solid working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration; Costa Rica or Latin America experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Able to travel 50% or more
- Authorized to work in the US
