Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula Consultant

6 - 10 Years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence Management modules.
• Troubleshoot formula-related issues and optimize existing configurations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementation and support projects.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support for HCM enhancements and releases.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience withOracle HCM Cloud Fast FormulasspeciallyOracle Time and Labor (OTL) andAbsence Management.
• Experience with accrual plans, leave policies, time entry validation rules
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop efficient formula solutions.
