Cutover Lead – The Cutover Lead owns all activities related to the production migration of an application and associated functional and technical components of a project. They own all pre-cutover planning and execution activities, including coordinating the dry run and mock cutover items, creating a cutover plan and checklist, and executing all go-live activities. The Cutover Lead also compiles all post-go-live actions and prepares for the support or hypercare transition.
