Join our team as a consultant specializing in HR technology solutions.
This hybrid role based in the Vienna, VA area involves working with a leading cloud-based human capital management system.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions, leveraging your expertise in relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of solutions within a cloud-based human capital management system.
Provide expert guidance and best practices to enhance system performance and stability.
Support ongoing operations and continuous enhancements within the platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful solutions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend system optimizations.
Qualifications
5 years of experience with cloud-based human capital management systems, with expertise in specific modules.
Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud data flows, notifications, and integrations.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience mentoring others.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities.
