JOB DESCRIPTION:
| Seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud IAM, Fusion Applications and EPM security support to help implementing key Financial initiatives on the Oracle platform due to rapid growth in legal entities and ledgers. The Oracle Cloud Security Analyst role typically involves designing access controls, managing identity lifecycles, ensuring data security, and compliance with relevant policies. and enforcing segregation of duties (SoD) across enterprise cloud portfolios. The role often requires a combination of technical and functional expertise, including experience with Oracle Cloud applications, security concepts like RBAC and SOD , and security auditing. Project Management across the full SDLC is a plus for this position. The scope of the role supports financial business users in North America and EMEA locations. Â |
| Position Responsibilities/Duties |
| · Provisioning and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions based on business requirements. · Defining and implementing security policies and access controls for Oracle Cloud applications. · Conducting security assessments of Oracle Cloud environments and applications to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance. · Handling single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and federated identity integration. · Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., SOX , NYDFS, etc). Producing security reports, access logs and audit trails. · Responding to security incidents, coordinating with other teams to resolve issues, and implementing preventative measures. · Designing and implementing security roles that align with business processes and adhere to least privilege principles. · Identifying and mitigating potential SOD conflicts within the system. · Creating and maintaining documentation for security configurations, policies, and procedures. · Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to address security-related needs. · Ensuring that proposed solutions comply with the company's technology direction. · Ensuring compliance with company's change and security policies. · Working closely with Oracle application team (internal and external) on security design and related application configuration. · Provide security related technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM system and user training · Late night production support and weekend implementation work will be required End user requirements management (15%) Designing, configuring, developing, testing, and improving Oracle Fusion platform. (55%) Project Management (5%) Production support for ERP issues. (25%) |
| Experience/Knowledge Requirements |
| · Demonstrated hands on technical understanding of Oracle Cloud IAM, Fusion Application and EPM concepts and general module functionality · Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams · Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills · Project Management skills using MS Project a plus |
| Required Skills/Abilities |
| · Must have Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud security concepts, including the Security Console, IAM, Fusion Application and OCI, and experience with relevant tools and technologies. · Several years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including experience with security configuration, role-based access control (RBAC), OCI IAM/IDCS, Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access/Financial Controls) and segregation of duties (SOD). · Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in a succinct and accurate manner. · Have a team oriented approach · Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Enterprise Cloud security experience is a must, specifically with Oracle Cloud IAM, Fusion Application and EPM · Oracle Cloud Security certifications a plus · Should have strong English communication and writing skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities · Must be willing to work in an energetic, fast paced and team-oriented development environment · Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a necessity · Minimum 3+ year TOAD/SQL experience is a must - University Degree/Preferably in a field related to computer science/software engineering - Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications a plus  |
