Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional SME to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to translate HR requirements into Oracle HCM solutions while supporting implementation, migration, testing, and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops.
• Provide functional guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities and best practices.
• Support Core HR, workforce management, organizational structures, employee records, and position management processes.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and functional documentation.
• Assist with HR data migration and integration activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production stabilization efforts.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues.
• Partners with business, technical, testing, and leadership teams across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
• Expertise in Core HR and Global HR modules.
• Strong knowledge of workforce structures and position management.
• Experience leading requirements and design workshops.
• HR data migration and system integration exposure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Federal HR transformation experience.
• OPM process knowledge.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
• Payroll, benefits, and retirement system integration experience.
