Oracle Fusion HCM BICC & Reporting Consultant

About The Job:

• We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM BICC & Reporting Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BI Cloud Connector (BICC), HCM reporting, and data extraction.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a good understanding of HCM data structures and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Cloud Connector (BICC) for extracting bulk data from Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience in identifying and configuring appropriate BI View Objects (BIVOs) for HCM data extraction.
• Strong experience in configuring, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting BICC data extracts.
• Experience with full and incremental data extraction, including handling extract failures and data reconciliation.
• Strong hands-on experience in BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Ability to develop and support complex HCM reports, extracts, and data feeds based on business requirements.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management would be advantageous.
• Experience integrating BICC extracts with Data Warehouses, OAC/ADW, or other downstream reporting and analytics platforms would be preferred.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, HDL/HSDL, and OIC would be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
