Job Description:

Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience inOracle Fusion Talent Management implementation.
Experience inGoal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Management, and Career Development.
Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and perform functional configuration.
Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and supportSIT/UAT and data migration.
Work with technical teams on integrations, security, and issue resolution.
Provide user training, go-live, and post-production support.
