Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify appropriate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
• Design and document To-Be business processes.
• Prepare functional design documents based on business requirements.
• Set up and validate test data for various testing phases.
• Support functional testing, SIT, and UAT activities.
• Conduct key-user training and provide functional guidance to users.
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Provide hypercare support during the post-go-live period.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues during implementation and production transition.
• Prepare Knowledge Transfer (KT) documentation and support handover to the HCM production support team.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
• Support change management activities related to Oracle HCM Cloud processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR / Global Human Resources Cloud.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Strong experience in functional design and documentation.
• Experience supporting functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in user training and go-live support.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HCM processes.
• Experience with cutover and hypercare support.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with test data setup and validation.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience in a similar Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional role.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Experience with production support transition and handover activities.
