Contract Length: 6+ Months
Core Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Financials within an enterprise finance environment.
- Manage and troubleshoot Accounts Receivable (AR) functionality and related financial transactions.
- Support revenue management processes using RevPro / Zuora Revenue.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to revenue recognition, including processes governed by ASC 606.
- Work with Finance and business teams to improve and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
- Investigate financial data issues using SQL queries, data analysis, and validation techniques.
- Diagnose issues across Oracle and third-party systems, including integrations involving OIC, APIs, Salesforce, CPQ, and related platforms.
- Provide hands-on production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis for finance applications.
- Assist Finance teams during month-end close, including troubleshooting transaction and revenue-related issues.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, technology, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve system/process challenges.
- Clearly communicate technical findings, business impacts, and recommended solutions to non-technical Finance users.
- Good years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle AR.
- Hands-on knowledge of RevPro / Zuora Revenue.
- Strong Order-to-Cash process knowledge.
- Proficiency in SQL and financial data analysis.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise integrations, particularly OIC, APIs, Salesforce, and CPQ.
- Previous experience providing production and month-end close support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
