About The Client:
Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.
About The Job:
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet client business needs working with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and provide solutions for financial management.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Financials modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expense Management.
- Functional Expertise: Supporting users during implementation, rollout, and post-go-live phases.
- Requirements Gathering: Collecting and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and mapping them to system configurations.
- Testing & Training: Preparing test scripts and cases, assisting with CRPs/SITs/UATs, and conducting user training.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Collaboration: Working with finance and accounting teams, IT stakeholders, and other business partners.
- Experience: 4-13 years
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials modules and their functionalities.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to configure and customize the system.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ERP implementation, especially with Oracle Fusion.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
