Oracle Finance - Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Finance Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including - Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses and Tax
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Implementation & Project Leadership
• Deliver 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations as a functional lead.

Drive all phases of the implementation lifecycle:

• Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and creation of detailed functional design documentation.
• Provide leadership for onshore/offshore delivery teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and on‑time delivery.
• Handle direct client interactions, requirements gathering, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Technical & Functional Deliverables:

• Lead functional design for: BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Dashboards, Oracle BPM workflows, Smart View integrations, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Data conversions, Interfaces & integrations with third‑party systems
• Support data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and reconciliation across multiple implementation cycles.
• Apply methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or other structured implementation frameworks.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Execute and oversee end-to-end testing of all finance business processes.
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation checklists ensuring compliance with business and audit requirements.
