Validate end-to-end field service processes including Work Order Creation, Scheduling & Dispatch, Resource Assignment, Route Optimization, Mobile Field Execution, Activity Completion, Status Management, Capacity Management, Exception Handling
Lead testing of integrations between OFFS and the following:
Oracle CX, Oracle ERP / Unifier, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Testing Responsibilities:
Test Lead activities for performing System Integration Testing (SIT), BAT, UAT.
