Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on Oracle Eloqua experience.
  • Must be capable of operating independently in Eloqua with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Previous experience supporting marketing automation environments.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts such as campaign orchestration, segmentation, lead scoring, and data flows.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
  • Ability to review, modify, and support existing code rather than develop applications from scratch.
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Eloqua certification.
  • Experience with MuleSoft.
  • Experience with MarMine.
  • Data modeling, data handling, or ETL experience.
  • Additional development experience with C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
Experience working within cross-functional teams supporting Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture groups
