Qualifications
- 10+ Years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Lead.
- Deep technical knowledge of:
- PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher
- Interfaces using APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services
- Functional and technical experience with:
- Advanced Collections (IEX)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with EBS R12.x (R12.2.x preferred).
- Solid experience in security and access setup in Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge of Oracle workflows, concurrent programs, and SOA integrations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony/CTI setup and integration, including Oracle Universal Work Queue (UWQ), Advanced Outbound Telephony (AOT), click-to-dial, screen pop, call activity tracking, agent setup, and dialing rule configurations.
- Experience integrating Oracle Advanced Collections with telephony platforms such asCisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar CTI solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for Oracle EBS applications, with primary focus onAdvanced Collections (IEX) andReceivables (AR).
- Design, develop, and support EBS integrations with external and internal systems.
- Build and maintain custom extensions, reports, conversions, interfaces, and workflows (RICEW).
- Provide technical support for EBS configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
- Manage EBS security, roles, responsibilities, menus, and user access.
- Support ongoing production issues, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review technical designs, ensure best practices, and guide development standards.
- Assist in upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities.
- Lead and support telephony integration initiatives for Oracle Advanced Collections, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of collector calling capabilities.
- Work with business, infrastructure, and telephony teams to implement and support CTI/Telephony integrations, click-to-dial functionality, call logging, and collector workbench integration.
