Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle Discrete Manufacturing Functional Lead for their Chambersburg, PA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation activities within Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules.
• Serve as the primary manufacturing solution lead for Oracle EBS transformation and deployment initiatives.
• Work directly with plant leadership, engineering, quality, and production teams to understand and translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Support and coordinate RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes including routings, labor reporting, inventory transactions, material usage, scrap tracking, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations, data conversion activities, and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Lead testing activities including CRP, SIT, and UAT and support deployment and hypercare efforts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice Oracle manufacturing solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user training materials.

• Qualifications
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Proven background supporting manufacturing ERP implementations and transformations.
• Experience working with production, quality, engineering, inventory, and operations teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
