Oracle CPQ Cloud Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant
Role Overview:We are looking for anOracle CPQ Cloud Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant responsible for configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Oracle CPQ applications based on business requirements. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure solutions, support testing and upgrades, and resolve application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyzeOracle CPQ configuration requirements from business stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
- Configure and maintainOracle CPQ Cloud applications based on business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configuration specifications.
- Plan and execute configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities within timelines.
- Supportsystem analysis, solution design, UAT, patch releases, and system upgrades.
- Modify existing configurations and processes as per changing business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolveCPQ configuration and functional issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, and configuration standards.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams for integrations and enhancements.
- Prepare periodic status reports, configuration reports, and other MIS documentation as required.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience inOracle CPQ Cloud.
- Good understanding ofCPQ processes – Configure, Price, Quote.
- Experience in CPQ configuration, customization, testing, and production support.
- Strongbusiness requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of CPQ integrations and enterprise applications is preferred.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
