Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedOracle Cloud Training Lead to develop, manage, and deliver end-user training programs for Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation projects. The Training Lead will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, change management teams, and functional consultants to ensure users are prepared to adopt and effectively utilize Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in training strategy, instructional design, learning delivery, change management, and Oracle Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the training workstream for Oracle Cloud implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project timelines.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements.
  • Design and develop training materials, including:
    • Instructor-led training (ILT) guides
    • Virtual training materials
    • Quick reference guides (QRGs)
    • Job aids
    • eLearning content
    • User manuals and process documentation
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for business users, super users, managers, and support teams.
  • Establish and manage the Train-the-Trainer program.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Cloud functional teams to understand system changes and business process impacts.
  • Work closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support user adoption and readiness activities.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training tracking.
  • Create and monitor training metrics, attendance reports, and knowledge assessments.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by ensuring users understand new business processes.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly release training and communication activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or ERP training.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or CX).
  • Experience developing and delivering large-scale enterprise application training programs.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies
  • Certification in Training, Learning & Development, Change Management, or Instructional Design.
  • Experience creating eLearning content using tools
