About The Job:
- The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & ERP Security Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end security and control architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance & SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Planning & Budgeting Cloud (PBCS), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- This role will ensure secure, compliant, and performant ERP operations, with focus on access provisioning, change controls, license governance, and regulatory alignment (SOX, ITGC, GxP).
Security & Access Control (Fusion ERP + OCI)
- Design, configure, and manage custom roles, job roles, and data security policies across Finance & SCM modules.
- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and perform quarterly access reviews.
- Define and enforce least-privilege access model for both business and technical users.
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access remediation using native and third-party tools (e.g., OIM, SailPoint optional).
- Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console: manage environments, patching, and refreshes.
- Coordinate quarterly upgrade (PU) cycles with testing and validation stakeholders.
- Manage patch deployments, blackout windows, and post-patch validations.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud for:
- Monitoring interface logs and issue triaging
- Certificate/key rotation and token-based auth
- Scheduling and managing scheduled jobs (ESS)
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants for resolving integration failures.
- Track consumption of Oracle Fusion application licenses, PBCS, and OIC connectors.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for contracts, environments, and user mappings.
- Support internal and external audits (SOX, ITGC, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) with necessary logs and signoffs.
Coordinate with QA and Functional teams for:
- Upgrade regression testing
- New CR validations
- Security testing of roles and data masking
- Change Control & Release Governance
- Maintain change logs, and security impact assessments for each CR.
- Approve security-related CRs and align with Enterprise Change Control processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (mandatory).
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure / ERP certifications preferred; ITIL, GRC, or SOX awareness certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 8–10 years overall IT experience, with:
- 7-9 years in Oracle ERP Security & Controls.
- Hands-on experience in OIC, PBCS, and OCI administration.
- Experience supporting ITGC/SOX and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Oracle Fusion Security Console
- Role provisioning (Job/Duty/Data Roles)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- OTBI / BI Publisher for audit reports
- PBCS access controls and metadata management
- GRC / SoD Tools (e.g., SafePaaS, SailPoint, Saviynt – optional)
- ServiceNow / JIRA for CR management
