Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Fusion GTM solutions to help organizations manage global trade compliance, denied party screening, import/export controls, trade agreements, and customs processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design and deploy scalable trade compliance solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion ERP and Supply Chain applications.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to global trade compliance, import/export operations, and customs management.
Lead functional design workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion GTM configurations and solution designs.
Configure Oracle Fusion GTM modules including:
Trade Compliance Management
Denied Party Screening (DPS)
License Management
Product Classification
Trade Agreement Management
Customs and Regulatory Controls
Design and execute solution prototypes, conference room pilots (CRPs), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Define end-to-end business processes and ensure integration with Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, and Logistics.
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, data migration, and integrations with third-party screening providers and regulatory content services.
Support data conversion, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Identify compliance risks and recommend best practices aligned with international trade regulations.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support, including issue analysis and resolution.
Stay current with Oracle GTM product enhancements and emerging global trade compliance regulations.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) implementations or support.
Strong functional knowledge of:
Global Trade Compliance
Import/Export Management
Customs Processes
Denied Party Screening
Restricted Party Compliance
Product Classification (HS/HTS Codes)
Trade Agreements and Duty Optimization
Experience configuring Oracle Fusion GTM and integrating it with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM applications.
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle GTM implementation.
Strong requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment experience.
Experience preparing functional design documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion reporting tools.
Experience integrating GTM with external content providers, customs systems, and screening services.
Familiarity with international trade regulations, sanctions screening, and customs compliance requirements.
Oracle Cloud certifications related to SCM, Logistics, or GTM solutions.
