The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Scrum Master for an agile team focused on development and enhancement of a radar simulation tool to support the Long Range Radars Department. This onsite role is based in Woburn, MA. The Systems Engineering Long Range Radars (SELRR) department provides subject matter expertise for concept development, architectural design, requirements generation & flow-down, modeling and simulation, systems analysis, integration, test and evaluation of world-class Missile Defense & Sensor Systems to be achieved through our people, processes, technology and performance.

What You Will Do
As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in executing engineering efforts for the AN/TPY-2 programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and conducting verification and validation testing of radar system capabilities for the Common X-Band Environment Development Tool (CX-EDT) simulation.
Reviewing radar system designs and implementing updates within the simulation environment.
Developing software to emulate radar system behavior.
Conducting performance data analysis and automating processes using MATLAB.
Verifying and validating simulation performance against actual radar systems.
Verifying backlog readiness for planning and execution.
Identifying and championing resolution of impediments.
Tracking and reporting team agile metrics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and validate digital simulations, analyze radar performance in complex multi-mission scenarios, and troubleshoot issues identified during analysis.
Supporting the integration of high-fidelity radar simulations into systems managed by other U.S. Government organizations.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in Radar Systems Engineering and/or Software Engineering.
Experience working in an Agile environment and/or on Agile development projects.
Qualifications We Prefer
Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements.
Prior experience with the AN/TPY-2 System and/or Missile Defense programs.
Ability to understand radar systems technology in the areas of radar design and analysis, and systems engineering development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
Expertise in MATLAB for data analysis.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and iterative development processes.
Hands-on experience in radar modeling and analysis.
Proven experience with current Missile defense programs with specific experience in large, complex systems
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Business is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
